Mango Turmeric Ginger (MTG) 1 frozen banana 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup nut milk 1 tsp turmeric or fresh 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger 1 large squeeze of fresh lemon juice 1 handful of greens 1 handful of ice Blend and enjoy :)
Banana Almond Smoothie
1 cup hemp or coconut milk 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp maca Blend and consume :)
Autumn Overnight Oats
1/3 cup rolled Steel cut oats 1 cup nut milk of choice 1/3 cup pumpkin puree 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch sea salt 1 tablespoon chopped pecans (optional) 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional) Pinch cinnamon (optional) Toss all in a mason jar and shake. Place in fridge...it will be ready the next morning!
1/2 cup white quinoa 1/4 cup red quinoa 1 1/2 cups water 1 cup broccoli, chopped 1/4 cup shallots, diced 1/4 cup carrot, grated 1 scallion, chopped 1 long green pepper, chopped 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tablespoon grainy mustard Salt, pepper, and sweet paprika to taste What to Do: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small pot, bring the mix of red and white quinoa and water to a boil, reduce the heat, close with a lid, and simmer until quinoa is light and fluffy (about 15 minutes).
Brain Boosting Smoothie
1 cup hemp or coconut milk 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp maca Blend and enjoy :)
Blueberry Breakfast Blast
2 1/4 cup nut milk ( I used almond) 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashew nuts 1/3 cup GF rolled oats 1 tea cinnamon plus another dash 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 cups frozen blueberries Blend until smooth and start your day!
1 scoop protein powder 1 tablespoon cinnamon or as much as you can for anti-inflam 1 scoop flaxseed 1 scoop chia seeds Almond, hemp or coconut milk Place in container and overnight in fridge and ready to go!
1/2 cup of almond milk 1/2 cup full-fat unsweetened coconut milk 5-6 peppermint leaves, torn 1 tbsp raw honey 1 small frozen banana, peeled and sliced 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (optional) 1 pitted date Blend & enjoy :)
Good Night Smoothie
1 kiwi 1 frozen banana ½ cup uncooked gluten free Oats 2 cups kale 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp almond butter ½ cup almond milk Blend and enjoy !
