1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup nut milk
1 tsp turmeric or fresh
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 large squeeze of fresh lemon juice
1 handful of greens
1 handful of ice
Blend and enjoy :) |  Banana Almond Smoothie1 cup hemp or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp maca
Blend and consume :) |  Autumn Overnight Oats1/3 cup rolled Steel cut
oats
1 cup nut milk of choice
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
1 tablespoon chopped pecans (optional)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
Pinch cinnamon (optional)
Toss all in a mason jar and shake. Place in fridge...it will be ready the next morning! |

 Quinoa Muffin1/2 cup white quinoa
1/4 cup red quinoa
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup shallots, diced
1/4 cup carrot, grated
1 scallion, chopped
1 long green pepper, chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
Salt, pepper, and sweet paprika to taste
What to Do:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small pot, bring the mix of red and white quinoa and water to a boil, reduce the heat, close with a lid, and simmer until quinoa is light and fluffy (about 15 minutes). |  Brain Boosting Smoothie1 cup hemp or coconut milk
